The Project Ahead team has decided to launch Sharing Corner, a free webinar cycle with the aim of sharing competences, experiences and concrete tools needed to plan and implement initiatives in order to facilitate positive change and to support organizations to overcome the COVID-19 crisis. It’s time to work for the future!
Project Ahead has always supported organizations and enterprises that want to implement a change in the society. As consequence, Project Ahead put at their disposal its competences by means of a webinar cycle concerning project management and consulting for the development of Not-For-Profit world.
Our target
The webinars are an opportunity to share and learn, so they are free and open to everyone. We address to Not-For-Profit world, start uppers, students, social entrepreneurs and to whomever needs information to manage a very successful enterprise.
How to participate
The protagonists are both the experts of Project Ahead and everyone will join the webinars. In these 45-min webinars, the first part will be dedicated to the presentation of the subject matter, followed by an intense moment of exchange. So, all participants can participate and debate, writing their questions.
Despite the crisis and the social distancing, the purpose is to create a moment of interaction between people. Every webinar will be recorded and published on our social media.

The Cura Italia decrees: resources for the Not-For-Profit world
Are the Cura Italia decrees applicable to the Not-for-profit world? What are the subsidies and how to receive them? The webinar will focus on the special measures adopted by the Government to support enterprises and entrepreneurs to face the COVID-19 crisis. So, tax measures and liquidity support to enterprises will be the main topic.
The speaker will be Pietro Leuci, Senior Project Manager and Project Ahead partner. He is an expert in tax system for SMEs, start-ups and third sector organizations. He deals with sustainability analysis and corporate social responsibility.

Project management tools for Not-For-Profit: the call for proposals Cambio Rotta
What are the goals? How to organize your project? How to apply? The webinar will focus on the call for proposals Cambio Rotta, published by the social enterprise Con I Bambini. The deadline is May 29th. It aims to face the juvenile delinquency through the experimentation of innovative and integrated solutions. We will talk about all the sections of the call for proposals, how to apply and do the impact assessment.
The speaker will be Ivan Esposito, Senior Project Manager and Project Ahead partner. He deals with cultural planning and social communication as member of public institutions and private organizations. He is also responsible for the coordination and communication in some projects supported by Con I bambini and Fondazione Con Il Sud.

The opportunities with Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs
What is the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs? How to apply? The best stories.The webinar will focus on the programme Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs for international exchanges, providing information about who can apply and how.
Moreover, two young entrepreneurs will participate to talk about their experience and the skills they gained thanks to EYE Programme. Dario Auriemma (casestudenti.it) and Marco di Menna (entrepreneur in roasting coffee) will be our guests.
The first speaker will be Angela Paola Paradiso, Administrative Officer and Project Ahead partner. She deals with management and reporting of project and provides consulting for the creation of no-profit organizations. She is also responsible for the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Programme.
The second speaker will be Roberto Rossetto, Project Manager at Project Ahead. He deals with the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Programme, supervising the international exchanges.

Incubators support and implement the creation and development of start-ups, connecting enterprises and innovative companies and creating virtuous economic cycles for the improvement of territories.
