This year Project Ahead is partner of Ricomincio dalle libri, the Naples book fair with free admission to be held from 4 to 6 October at FoQuS - Spanish Quarters Foundation, an appreciable example of urban regeneration in which the cooperative with coworking is based and Dialogue Place social business incubator.
Now in its sixth edition, the fair will be characterized by attention to the themes of hospitality, migration, social inclusion, community, good environmental practices, all areas contained in the slogan "Let's take care" chosen for this year. .
Once again the event will feature national and international authors, publishing houses and associations that will make their contribution to the culture of the city at the foot of Vesuvius.
Lorenzo Marone, artistic director of the fair, said:
"Never as in this historical and political moment that we live the word 'cure' assumes a universal value that each of us, in his own small way, must export. Care for this increasingly exploited planet of ours - declares Marone - care for the other, for the stranger, the needy, the last, care for oneself, for an ever stronger development of the individual, care for the institutions ( sometimes mocked by our own politicians) and for the sense of the state, for culture, for science and knowledge. Three days of meetings - concludes Marone - in a complex neighborhood in Naples, to do this: to put the moral obligation that we have in reaching out at the center of the discussion. Today more than yesterday ».
We are totally agree with him!
