Today we tell you the interesting and beautiful experience a young entrepreneur lived abroad thanks to the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Programme
Thanks to the support of Project Ahead, Raffaella Ceparano, a 29 years-old architect, has recently concluded her exchange with Voltes Cooperativa d’Arquitectura based in Barcelona.
Here, her words:
My exchange lasted five months; I decided to move to Spain where I was hosted by Voltes Cooperativa d’Arquitectura, based in Barcelona. Thanks to the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs Programme, my experience had an immeasurable impact on my aptitude for teamwork, drafting reports/analytical writing, working in an intercultural environment, organization and coordination of activities. Participating to all the activities for the management of the cooperative, I could expand my knowledge base: from the division of the labor to the meetings. I feel I gain transversal competences for the analysis of territories aimed at understanding their resources, promoting the involvement of citizens and creating complex partnerships for the urban regeneration. I focused on technical skills and actions for social innovation of the urban space, among them welfare, social inclusion, immigration, local development. This experience really enriched myself, so I suggest to other NE to take part in the EYE Programme.
